How does the PawProof mat trap litter?

The top layer has honeycomb holes. When your cat steps out of the litter box, loose litter falls through the holes and gets trapped between the top and bottom layers instead of being tracked across your floor.

How do I empty and clean it?

Lift the top layer and pour the trapped litter back into the box or the trash. For deeper cleaning, rinse it with water or wipe it down and let it air dry.

Is it really waterproof?

Yes. The sealed bottom layer stops liquids from soaking through to your floor or carpet.

Which size should I choose?

S (16" x 20") for standard litter boxes and small spaces, M (16" x 24") for most single-cat homes, and L (22" x 30") for large or covered boxes, multiple cats, or cats that kick litter. Choose a mat that extends at least 6" beyond the box entrance.

Will my cat like walking on it?

The surface is soft and comfortable on paws. Most cats get used to it within a day or two.
